My dad gets to pick what he wants me to make him for dinner. His main present was that we invited him to go on vacation with us to Arizona. His gift on Fathers Day is of a picture that we took of all us at the Grand Canyon that I had framed. I also have a stepfather that we want see on fathers day but I will call and talk to him which he says is the best present in the world. This year we are also going to surprise him with the help of my mom. She is taking him to lunch Monday and me and my brother are going to be there. Surprise!!

My mom and I are going to make my dad “breakfast in bed” of sorts to start the day off. After we give him his presents later on in the evening, we’re going to make him dinner (BBQ chicken with baked beans) and top it all off by making one of his favorite cakes (Pineapple Upside-Down) for dessert.

My wonderful hubbie and father of our 3 kids is going to have a great day. I always fix what he wants to eat all day PLUS he gets a guilt-free nap for as long as he wants. This year is extra special because I saved my pennies and got him a new macbook pro. His PC is old and not usable. His passion is writing music and books so now he can start back up where he left off. He hasn’t been able to use his computer for almost a year. We were going to replace it but his company filed for bankruptcy last year. For a year now he has gone to a job where morale is low and frustration is high. He deserves the bestest Father’s Day ever! Plus I want him to rub his smooth cheek on my face if he wins this great shaving pack! Thanks!

I bought my dad a Nike + sport pack. I think he will love it! Since I don’t live close to him, I called him on the phone to remind him how much I love him. He always appreciates phone calls like that.
